Submit your film to this year's SundanceTV short film competition. The winning film of the SundanceTV Shorts grand jury prize will premiere during the 2019 Sundance Film Festival in London and will be broadcast internationally on SundanceTV. – Submissions must be under 15 minutes
– The contest is only open to individuals who have directed or produced a film (not companies)
– Entrants must be a legal resident of France, South Africa or Spain
– You must be at least 18 years old to enter
– The film must be submitted with English subtitles, if it is not an English language film
– The film must have been created after December 31, 2017
– All genres welcome including, but not limited to, narrative, documentary, animation, etc.

Mike Plante is a Senior Programmer for Short Films at the Sundance Film Festival, where he has worked in programming since 2001. He started programming at film festivals in 1993 and also makes short and feature documentaries on the side, including the short "The Polaroid Job", as part of the New York Times Op-Docs series, and the feature "And With Him Came The West," premiering at the 2019 MoMA Doc Fortnight.Read more
Sara BlecherREAL EYES FILM
Sara is co-founder of REAL EYES FILM , a boutique South African based production company that has made a number of award-winning features, documentaries and drama series. An honors graduate of NYU, she has made four feature films and some outstanding and noteworthy documentaries including “Surfing Soweto” and “Kobus And Dumile” for which she won CNN’s African journalist of the year award. Her first feature film “Otelo Burning” won over 17 international awards and was named by CNN as one of the top ten African films of the decade. She has won numerous SAFTA awards including for best feature film and director 2016 for her film “Dis ek Anna”. Sara serves on the SASFED council and is founder and Chairperson of the Board of SWIFT.Read more
